Warm weather is upon us Diners! Therefore, for the May edition of Hush Dinner Club, we will be brunching at a the clubhouse of a private residence for a Poolside Brunch with Lacey White. This event will take place in and outside of this poolside clubhouse. Lacey Started her food blog via Instagram, Hungry Peach. Within a month of publication, Hungry Peach had over 5,000 followers and was featured on both Food+Wine and The Feed Feed’s widely revered Instagram page, which broadcast Lacey’s food creations to over 685,000 people. Some of the Brunch inspired recipes Lacey has gotten recognition for from the major publications above are: her “Purple Cabbage Egg in a Frame,” her “Balsamic Strawberry Pie with Black Pepper Crust,” and her “Beet Goat Cheese and Pesto Sausage Quiche."

 

For this event, Double Cross Vodka will have their Mixologist serving seasonal fruit based cocktails such as, "Cherry Mules" made w/Fresh Cherries & Ginger Beer & "Sunny Mary's" made w/Fresh Carrot, Orange & Ginger Juice. Lacey will be preparing a brunch menu that deviates from the typical brunch menus seen in restaurants. DJ Gazzel will also be there to set the mood! We will have wine/beer for you non-liquor drinkers. *Getting in the pool is optional. :)

Sous Vide Egg, Prosciutto, Peas & Potatoes

Miso Scrambled Eggs

Crispy Spotted Trotter Bacon & Homemade Jam

 

Tickets are all inclusive of food, all wine/cocktails, tax & gratuity.
